Shipping and Delivery Policy

Shipment processing time
After receiving your order confirmation email, all orders are processed and dispatched within 1 - 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.
Orders are shipped Monday – Friday. Orders placed over the weekend or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

*Please note that orders can not be altered once dispatched.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, please expect a 1 – 2 days delay. We will communicate this when the order is made.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, there are delivery delays. If items are delayed more than ten working days for Auckland or five working days for the rest of N.Z., please contact N.Z. Post.

Customs, duties, and taxes
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes. Òrenté is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility (tariffs, taxes.).

Shipment confirmation and order tracking
An email notification will be sent once the order is shipped with a tracking number to check its status. Please allow 48hours for the tracking information to become available.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or Rural addresses
Please indicate if shipping to a P.O Box or a rural address.

Returns, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the total order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

Undelivered Shipments
In the event that N.Z. Post tracking states that your package has been delivered but you have not received your items, please allow 3 additional business days for the delivery of your item(s).
After that time period, if you still have not received your package, contact us at info@orente.nz. Your order will either be reshipped or you will be provided with store credit. We will not issue a refund.

Damages
Òrenté is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly as soon as possible at info@orente.nz with your order number and a picture of the item's condition.
Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
We address these on a case by case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
